The leather strap around the testicles sits securely in place with snaps and won't come undone on its own. When closed, the inner diameter of the upper edge of the scrotum is approximately 4.5 cm at its largest and 3.2 cm at its smallest. The collar squeezes tightly around the testicles with increasing weight, providing great pleasure.
